Brunna is very rude. I am a customer who placed an order on the weekend for 100 codes membership on Runescape. I placed ~ 10 emails on the weekend asking to place a big order. Today (Monday) I go in the livechat and inquiry about buying an additional 2,000 codes and I'm met with the most unprofessional customer service I've EVER been treated with. Rude, short abrupt responses, you name it. This employee needs to be removed or taught proper customer service.
